Mariam is the youngest of five. Just before she was born her father left for another part of the country for work. He started a new family and cut all contact. Mariam's mother sells vegetables and fish from a small stall but cannot get Mariam in school without your help.
Ryan has been left at his grandmother by his own mother, after which she disappeared. His father is said to have many children with different women but has disappeared and probably died. Ryan's grandmother is often ill and is struggling to feed herself and Ryan. School is out of reach without help.
Cissy's father has not been in the picture since her mother was six months pregnant. She faces many challenges, many of which all by herself. Once in a while her neighbhours will support her with the most necessary things, but school fees are not one of them. Cissy needs your help in order to go to school.
Dennis lives with his grandmother who grows some vegetables for their own consumption but depending on help from family for other expenses. His father regularly checks up on him but does not contribute anything towards his upkeep. Dennis needs your generosity in order for him to go to school.
Badiru has five siblings. Their parents are hard working: their mother is a cleaner at a school and their father works in the capital city sending back money and visiting once a month. Yet they struggle to keep up with all expenses including school fees. Please consider helping Badiru by taking away one worry from his parents.

We follow the Ugandan curriculum and emphasise other valuable aspects of education such as sports, games and practical skills. Our school considers the growth of a student as a whole rather than only focusing on academic results.
